In March 2010 , TGS  has successfully fulfilled its contractual obligations with Ergon Projects , who were the main contractors on the Point Shopping Complex, TIgne Point, Sliema.
	TGS seconded various tradesman throughout the previous 12 months, such as plasterers, tillers, and civil works technicians. It also seconded to Ergon a site supervisor , who joined the Ergon management team during this period.
	The Point is set to become the first truly international standard shopping centre complex in Malta, The Point will comprise 17,000m2 of retail floor space. It is a unique shopping and leisure facility that offers everything from a pint of milk to the latest fashion. The complex is designed over three floors and will be served by some 1,200 car parking spaces.
